NOROMECTIN

Veterinary Product for the Treatment and Control of Parasites of
Beef and Non-lactating Dairy Cattle

Noromectin is an ivermectin-based endectocide for the treatment and control of a wide range of internal and external parasites of beef and non-lactating dairy cattle.   It is available in both injectable and pour-on formulations.

What parasites does
Normectin treat?

gastro-intestinal roundworms, eye worms,
lung worms, chorioptic and sarcoptic mange,
warbles, sucking and biting lice,
cattle grubs, horn flies.
 


Noromectin Injection

A clear, colourless, slightly viscous non-aqueous solution containing 1% w/v ivermectin. For cattle a dosage rate of 1ml per 50kg bodyweight injected subcutaneously in front of or behind the shoulder using a 17G x 1/2" needle is recommended.

Noromectin Pour-On for Cattle

A clear, blue solution containing ivermectin at 0.5% w/v. To obtain optimal activity it is recommended that calves which are set stocked in their first grazing season should be treated 3, 8 and 13 weeks after turn out.

A dosage rate of 1ml per 10kg bodyweight.  For optimum performance the formulation should be applied along the mid-line of the back in a narrow strip between the withers and tailhead.
