Did you purchased an item and it's not what you were expecting?
Returns
are easy and convenient at the Country Junction.
Simply take your purchase, in its original condition and the original
packing materials (if applicable) to the Country Junction store within 90 days of
purchase. We require the receipt you were given at the time of purchase to process
your exchange or return - it's that easy!
You will be refunded cash if that is how you paid for your purchase. If
you paid by credit card or through interac a credit to the original tender will be
processed. You can also return purchases directly to the Country Junction by mail.
It's up to you!
ID may be required. Details are at our Customer Service desk. Some exceptions
may apply.
If you have purchased a product online or by phone that has arrived broken or damaged,
please take it to the Country Junction store where it can be repaired or replaced.
Shipping charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping
cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined
that the product is defective or damaged.
If you order an item as a gift, the recipient can return or exchange it at the Country
Junction store as long as they hold the official sales receipt.
