form completely. If questions are not applicable, enter "NA." Do not leave
questions blank or you will not be able to submit the form.
You also have the option
of submitting your RESUME with this application form.

You
may not be able to "Spell-Check" the application form, so
please ensure
that you examine the form for errors before submitting it.
If your application was sent successfully you will be
directed to a confirmation page.

Agreeing to these terms means the
following.
First it means that
you certify that you understand and agree that upon submission of the
online application the Wetaskiwin Coop Association Ltd., and the
representatives of its Human Resources Department will process your
application for employment.
Second, it means that
you certify that the information you provide within the application is
true and complete to the best of your knowledge.
Third, your agreement
gives consent to the collection of information pertaining to your
potential employment with the Wetaskiwin Co-op Association or its
affiliated businesses.
Fourth, it means that
you agree and give consent to the Wetaskiwin Coop Association Ltd., and
the representatives of its Human Resources Department to use the
information contained within the application and accompanying
documentation to conduct an investigation of your work history,
education and professional credentials, driving record, personal
references, criminal record and credit, or any other information to help
ascertain your suitability for potential employment with the Wetaskiwin
Co-op Association or its affiliated businesses.
