Drench-Mate I Single Dose
The
Drench-Mate is a unique, high quality pumping system specifically designed for pumping
fluids into ruminants. Four sizes are available. For the single dose system we have a 6.5
gallon bucket with a locking screw top lid, a 9 foot poly-hose and a cam-lock fitting for
easy detachment. The hose has a adjustable clamp that locks onto the nose tong and frick
tube so that the hose does not slip out of the rumen while you are pumping. A red mark on
the hose indicates how far it should be inserted into the rumen. Mounted on top is a hand
diaphragm pump that has the capacity to drench a cow in 1-1.5 minutes. The Drench-Mate is
made of hardened plastic and stainless steel hardware so it will not rust or corrode.
Drench-Mate II - 55 Gallons - Multiple Dose Portable
Another popular model is the 55 gallon, portable Drench-Mate
II. The large poly tank has a Honda gas powered engine and a pump that has a 40
gal/min flow and is mounted higher than the bottom of the tank so that it can be
completely drained during cold weather. A quad agitation system is used to insure your
drench will stay in suspension. It comes on a 3 wheeled tow or pull cart with large
flotation tires on it. Included also are the same frick tube with nose tong attached, and
poly hose as the Drench-Mate I, plus an extra gas can that fits
on the cart. All fittings are brass and stainless steel.

For the larger dairies there is a Drench-Mate III, featuring a 150-gallon
capacity tank. For the even larger dairies we have the Drench Mate III Mega which is a
300-gallon tank. Both units come on a 2-wheeled heavy-duty pull cart and a 164-gallons per
minute Honda engine. They also have two outlets and two timers so that you can drench two
cows at the same time. A unique agitation system helps keep your drench product in
suspension. As with all the Drench-Mate products, drenching can be done easily and safely
with one person.
