We believe that our company is only as good as the products and materials we offer. The manufacturers that we obtain materials from stand firmly behind the products and materials we jointly provide to you.

If for any reason, you feel that the products or materials you purchased are damaged at the time of delivery, you may refuse to accept the order. We will gladly reschedule delivery of a non-damaged replacement of that product.

If you have accepted delivery of a product or other construction materials which you later conclude are damaged or of poor workmanship, please contact us immediately. With the assistance of the manufacturer and our commitment to you, we will correct any legitimate issue of manufacturer defect or poor workmanship as quickly as possible.
